Natural Planet Holding BV, an investment by Karmijn Kapitaal, announces the acquisition of Girasol Natural Products BV in Breda, The Netherlands. Natural Planet Holding is taking a strategic step in its ambition to become a leading European platform for production companies and brands in the sustainable cosmetics industry.

Natural Cosmetics
Beverwijk-based Natural Planet Holding develops and produces natural water-free cosmetics for private labels and brands such as Wild and We Love The Planet. Girasol Natural Products is an expert in developing and producing custom natural liquid cosmetics for third parties. This expertise is a valuable addition to Natural Planet Holding's natural product portfolio.
