Tover, known for its healthcare product Tovertafel (Magic Table), is joining forces with private equity fund Karmijn Kapitaal, with the aim of expanding internationally. (“Karmijn Kapitaal Fund III”) to support Dutch SMEs in their international expansion, specifically into emerging markets.

Technology company BPI specializes in identification applications for various Dutch government services, the National Police, border control and health care institutions, as well as companies like KPN, Kuehne+Nagel and Secure Logistics. BPI sought investors to help keep pace with the rapidly changing market and with this investment, the company can accelerate its growth autonomously and pursue a number of strategic takeovers.
