JOYinCARE is a producer of, among other things, electric hoists and slings. The demand for smart lifting and transfer aids for health care is increasing, because these products reduce the physical burden on care providers, which leads to less drop-out and more pleasure at work in care.
JOYinCARE wants to increase its innovative strength to better meet the increasing demands placed on such products. The company also wants to acquire a number of industry peers in the coming years.
In March 2020, together with the management, we acquired the shares of the founders. Together we will implement the strategy in the coming years. The founders will remain involved with JOYinCARE as advisors for the time being.
