Nicole Zomerhuis

Nicole has been part of the transaction and portfolio team at Karmijn since 2022. She is energized by seeking new investments and adding value to portfolio companies.

Nicole began her career in 2017 at Oaklins in the midcap M&A team, where she gained experience advising on company acquisitions, raising growth capital, and addressing valuation issues, primarily for owner-managers, entrepreneurs, shareholders, and private equity firms. She was involved in numerous (international) deals across various sectors within the SME market.

Nicole studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she earned a master's degree in Financial Economics.
