Tover is committed to improving the quality of life of people with dementia or other age-related ailments. In 2015, Tover introduced the Tovertafel, the company's award-winning product that resulted from Hester Le Riche's doctoral research. The Tovertafel helps caretakers to get in touch with residents.
Recently, the Tovertafel has been recognized by USA Today and CES as one of the most promising innovations for 2022. The company aims to put its product on the map overseas in the coming years, starting in the US.
Karmijn took a minority stake in the company in February 2022 to support this growth both financially and with the right knowledge and insights.
