Brigitte van der Maarel

Brigitte has over 25 years of experience in Private Equity, Leveraged Finance and M&A at ABN AMRO, ING, INKEF Capital, Convent Capital and others, and subsequently as manager of NIBC Investment Partners. Brigitte is well acquainted with Karmijn Kapitaal where she was a member of the Investment Committee from 2017 - 2021. Parallel to the above, Brigitte has extensive experience as a supervisory director and chairman of the audit committee at companies active in the public and private sector, with strong drivers for corporate social responsibility. Brigitte studied economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam and graduated within Financing & Investment.
