You can get money anywhere. You will find involvement, support and responsibility at Karmijn. We believe that personal relationships are just as important as finance. We are an investment fund, founded in 2010 by three women, that works with admiration for entrepreneurs and an interest in their products. We invest in Dutch SMEs.
Karmijn acts as an active partner. You can always reach us. We support on a strategic and operational level. We help you to develop the company strategy if necessary and we explore the opportunities of additional capital. A shared vision is crucial. We work closely together to create that.
If necessary, we take on specific projects or have them executed by experts. Most often that concerns other aspects than core business, but for example the improvement of the management information system, working capital or risk management.
Karmijn actively supports your company in the search for new markets, products and services. We accelerate internationalization and / or further roll-out of online strategies and help gain access to international distributors, agents, customers and e-commerce experts.
When the company’s growth strategy requires, we actively look for potential acquisition candidates. We research players in the market, select interesting targets, initiate interviews and are involved in negotiations and execution.
In addition to our own knowledge, expertise and energy, we have a network of experts in the field of marketing, e-commerce, retail and finance. We actively support when looking to fill vacant management positions. And ofcourse we share knowledge of our other portfolio companies.
Efficiency and finance are our core business. Naturally. But loyal employees and customers are just as important to us. As well as stimulating diversity, creativity and innovation. We believe that these aspects fit within a long-term vision: they contribute to the growth and value of your company.
Ever since I got to know Karmijn, they have been the favorite party for me to bring King Louie to a higher level, together with our own people. Their quirky way of working, eye for diversity, human values and long-term thinking have always appealed to me.
We are expanding at great speed in the field of interior projects and exhibitions and certainly also events. With Karmijn as an active shareholder, even more opportunities are within reach and growth is not only achieved autonomously, but we are also actively taking over companies.
